1.General provisions
The service provider is the operator of prawojazdy68 at prawojazdy68.pl. Contact: hello@prawojazdy68.pl.
These terms are available free of charge in a form that can be viewed, saved and printed. Using a chosen function creates an electronic-services agreement for that function.
prawojazdy68 is an independent educational tool. It is not an official service of the Polish Ministry of Infrastructure, PWPW or a WORD examination centre.
2.Types and scope of services
Depending on the selected mode, the service may provide the following functions.
The operator may develop, change or temporarily disable functions for technical, security or source-update reasons. Material limitations will be communicated in the service.
- Public educational material, exam information and a driving school directory.
- A demo set available without an account.
- A free account with the full question bank and available multimedia.
- Practice mode, mock exams, hints and marking difficult questions.
- A category B handbook with saved reading progress.
- Answer statistics, session history and error analysis.
- A driving school directory and user reviews submitted for moderation.
- Progress synchronisation between devices after login.
3.Technical requirements
Users should protect their device, keep software updated and not share credentials. The operator is not responsible for issues caused by unsupported devices, blocked essential cookies or the user's connection failure.
- An internet-connected device and a current browser supporting JavaScript, CSS, cookies and local storage.
- An active email address for account creation, login and password recovery.
- A connection capable of playing images and videos in multimedia questions.
4.User account and agreement duration
Creating an account is optional and requires a valid email address and password. The user is responsible for credential confidentiality and actions performed through the account.
An agreement for the public website or demo lasts until the session ends. The account agreement is indefinite and may be ended by requesting account deletion at hello@prawojazdy68.pl.
Users can reset progress or download a JSON copy in settings. Deleting progress does not delete the authentication account.
A logged-in user may submit one review per school. The review is linked to the account to limit abuse, while only the supplied name or nickname is public.
5.Rules for using the service
Users must use prawojazdy68 in accordance with law, these terms and accepted standards of conduct.
For a serious or repeated breach, the operator may restrict access, suspend or delete an account after a warning, unless immediate action is needed for security or legal compliance.
- Do not submit unlawful, rights-infringing or misleading content.
- Do not attempt unauthorised access to accounts, data, multimedia or infrastructure.
- Do not disrupt the service, bypass security or send automated requests that burden it.
- Do not bulk-copy, resell or publicly distribute content without a legal basis.
- Do not impersonate others, publish fake reviews or manipulate the ranking.
6.Content, rights and liability
Application elements, original handbook material, service layout and prawojazdy68 branding are protected. Users may use them only for personal education while they have access.
Exam questions and multimedia come from material published by the Polish Ministry of Infrastructure, but rights in individual items may belong to third parties. Access does not transfer those rights.
The operator works to keep the bank current but does not guarantee passing the exam and does not replace official notices, law, practical training or WORD information. Scores and readiness indicators are advisory.
A reviewer grants the operator a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, moderate and publicly display the review. The operator may remove unlawful, abusive, promotional, irrelevant or terms-breaching content.
7.Complaints and contact
Complaints may be sent to hello@prawojazdy68.pl and should include the account address where relevant, a problem description, device, browser and expected resolution.
The operator will respond without undue delay and no later than 14 days. Missing information needed to consider the case may have to be supplied.
Payments are not currently active, so purchase, withdrawal and refund procedures will be added before paid access is sold.
8.Data, privacy and saved progress
Account and progress data are processed to perform the agreement, provide security, handle complaints and comply with law. They are retained while the account exists and afterwards for the period needed for requests, claims or legal duties.
Users may request access, correction, deletion or restriction and object where the law permits by writing to hello@prawojazdy68.pl. They may complain to the President of the Polish data protection authority. Progress is not used for legally significant automated decisions or behavioural advertising.
- Supabase handles the account, email address, authentication and login session.
- Answer statistics, session history, activity, difficult questions, handbook progress and settings are stored.
- A school review stores the account ID, name or nickname, rating, text, moderation status and submission time.
- Cloudflare serves the application, cache, question bank and R2 multimedia and may process essential request data.
- Category and language are stored locally and in the functional prawojazdy68_preferences cookie for up to one year.
- Demo answers and progress are not synchronised to the cloud and disappear when the application session ends.
9.Changes and final provisions
The terms may change because of feature development, law, security, infrastructure providers or payment launch. Account users will receive advance notice of a material change in the service or by email.
Polish law applies to covered agreements. These terms do not limit mandatory consumer rights.
