Permanent markings are usually white. Yellow temporary markings used for temporary traffic organisation take priority over white markings.
How do they work on the road?
Road markings are as binding as vertical signs. Read them from your lane's perspective and together with signals and roadside signs.
- Do not cross or drive on a solid line where the rules prohibit it.
- P-12 works with a mandatory stop; P-13 marks the place for a conditional stop.
- Direction arrows define the permitted direction from a lane.
- Do not enter hatched exclusion areas.
